The site is down on a Sunday morning, the SSL expired without an alert, the deploy went out without anyone testing it, the backups were configured once in 2021 and nobody has restored from one since. Every server we set up starts from the same hardened baseline: a current Ubuntu/Debian LTS, SSH key-only login, fail2ban, automatic security updates, ufw/iptables locked down, system-level monitoring agent. Then the application stack on top: Caddy (auto-HTTPS, HTTP/3, zero config) or Nginx where the workload demands it; Docker where containers help, raw services where they don't.
We pick per workload, not per fashion. A small Laravel app + Postgres might run beautifully on a single €40/month VPS for years. A growing SaaS gets a Docker-orchestrated stack on a beefier box with read-replicas. A high-traffic site sits behind Cloudflare load-balancing with a hot-standby. The setup grows with you, not before.
Multi-IP setups for SEO networks
If you run a network of publisher sites — your own affiliate properties, lead-gen sites, or the satellite sites we build alongside our linkbuilding service — putting them all on one IP is a footprint Google notices. We set up multi-IP environments where each site or cluster of sites lives on a separate IP, ideally on a separate subnet, so the network looks like what it should: independent properties operated independently.
We arrange this through the right hosting providers and IP allocations, with clean rDNS, proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC per domain, and a deployment workflow that doesn't accidentally collapse everything back onto the same address. It's the kind of detail that doesn't matter — until it does.
CI/CD via GitHub Actions — no more manual FTP
Every project we ship gets a real deployment pipeline. Push to a feature branch → automated tests run, a PR preview deploys. Merge to main → staging gets the new build, smoke tests run, deploy to production happens automatically (or with a one-click approval, your call). Rollbacks are one command.
GitHub Actions is the default — it's where the code already lives — but we wire whatever your team already uses (GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, Forge, Deployer). The point isn't the tool. The point is that nobody on your team is ever again SCP'ing files to production at 11pm.
Scaling, load-balancing, reverse proxies & n8n
When the workload grows past one box, the choices start mattering. We route traffic through Cloudflare for global edge caching, DDoS protection and load-balancing across multiple origins. We integrate with AWS where it makes genuine sense — S3 for object storage, SES for transactional email, RDS or Aurora for managed databases, EC2 + ALB for elastic compute. We set up reverse proxies (Caddy or Nginx) so multiple services live cleanly behind one domain on one box. We host n8n on your own server so your workflow automations stay yours, not someone else's SaaS.
We don't push you to AWS because AWS is the answer to everything — most projects don't need it. We push you to AWS exactly when you do.
Support, monitoring, backups, 99,9% uptime
After go-live the relationship continues on a managed-server SLA — 99.9% uptime, alerting on the things that actually matter (not on every CPU spike), daily off-site backups with restore-tested every quarter, monthly security patching, SSL renewals handled automatically. Critical alerts go straight to my phone, not a help-desk inbox.
